UTILITY ROOM

The utility room is the heart of the apartment, housing the boiler, providing hot water when required and the underfloor heating. Safety equipment is hung on the wall, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit and plug in rechargable torch. There is a washing machine and drying rack, iron and ironing board for any laundry needs, some emergency washing pods are provided.

There is equipment stored here for our smaller guests, with a high chair in the cupboard and a travel cot and mattress stored by the wall. There is a basket with two dog bowls and a dinner mat for our furry visitors.

Hanging on the hooks are 4 folding beach chairs, along with a beach rug and shelter, all usefully labelled. There are two deck chairs for the balcony stored here, next to broom, mop and dustpan and brush. There are two cool bags and freeze block on the back of the door. In the cupboard there is a basket with spares, lightbulbs and batteries. There is a hook on the utility door to deter our smallest guests from entering if required.
