UNDERFLOOR HEATING
The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. It will be pre-set to a comfortable level and will be on constantly during the heating season. The front of the boiler has a screen and during the summer it has a parasol symbol and during winter a snowflake. This can be changed using the button on the front of the boiler.
The boiler also heats the towel rails in the bathrooms. The temperature in each room is controlled by wall mounted digital thermostats. If you wish to adjust the room temperature settings, you press the up or down buttons on the wall thermostat to set the desired room temperature. The flashing number is the temperature you want the room to be. When the flashing number stops flashing the temperature shown on the display is the actual temperature of the room.
It will take some time for the heating to react to changes made to the thermostats in each room. Note that during the day the sun may heat up the rooms above the temperature setting you have entered on the room thermostats.
The towel rails require both taps open either side of the towel rail to warm. The hot water is provided by the boiler as required.
